The following settings should be used when connecting a mail client to your Dire Solutions web and mail server (MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mac Mail, Blackberry Mail, iPhone Mail).

Incoming Mail Server: mail.<your-domain>.<extension> (ie. mail.diresolutions.com)

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.<your-domain>.<extension> (ie. mail.diresolutions.com)

Incoming Port: 110 (default - No SSL)

Outgoing Port: 25 (default - No SSL)

Username: <email>@<your-domain>.<extension> (ie. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

Password: Your email account password

It is also recommended that you setup your mail client to automatically remove messages from the web server after 15-30 days.  This keeps your box from completely filling up.
