Change Email Password
- Go to http://mail.diresolutions.com in Internet Explorer, FireFox, or any other web browser of your choice
- Enter your full email address and your password in the appropriate fields when prompted. Click "OK"
- Click "Change Password" in the bottom left corner of the window
- Type the new password that you would like to use in both boxes
- Click "Change"
- Click "Go Back"
**Note: the password is case-sensitive. Copy and paste the password from above if you are having trouble logging in
If you are not able to login to your account at all, please reset your password in your hosting control panel or go to http://support.diresolutions.com and submit a support ticket explaining the situation. Please note that the ticket does use email communication, so if you are not able to access your email on the Dire Solutions servers, you will want to submit the ticket with a different email account. Additionally, you may be required to answer some security questions to verify your identity and ownership of the associated email account.
